I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. -Psalm 139:14
Games are held Saturday mornings at Creekside Park in New Bern, NC, with a 9:30 AM start time.
Volunteers are requested to arrive by 9:00 AM to meet briefly for instructions.
Whether your athlete uses a walker, wheelchair, or just needs a little extra help, we’re here to make sure they can safely join the fun. If you have any concerns, please reach out—we’ll do everything in our power to help your athlete get out on the field and be part of the team.
We typically have 3–4 fields playing at once, each tailored to different levels of support and play:
Jacob Field – For athletes 12 and under who need minimal assistance.
Michael Field – Designed for athletes over 12 who may require more support, including the use of walkers or wheelchairs, or a buddy to assist them around the bases.
Ryan Field – For athletes over 12 who need little to no assistance—similar in pace and support to Jacob Field.
Homer Field – A faster-paced field for athletes 12 and up who are ready to hit, run, and throw with more intensity.
These field assignments are flexible! We understand every athlete is unique. We’ll work closely with families to ensure your athlete plays on the field that best suits their abilities and preferences—as long as safety allows.
No experience or equipment is necessary, and we welcome children and adults ages 4 and up with physical or cognitive delays.
There are no practices, no coaches, and no pressure. We don’t keep score, and our only rules are to be safe and respectful of others. Just show up ready to have fun!
After each game, we gather under the shelter beside the fields to enjoy a free meal and time to connect as a community—all family members are invited.
